Shipping policy

All Items are Made to Order and will be prioritised so that they can shipped with the minimum timeframe possible.

All orders are sent via Australia Post, Resin prints are washed, dried and cured and packed into ziplock bags and FDM prints may also be packed into ziplock as appropriate. Items are wrapped and packed to minimise potential damage.

Shipping costs:

Orders over $150 are shipped via Austrlia Post standard delivery free of charge.

Standard Delivery varies based on size and quantity and has a lead time of 4-10 Business Days

Express Delivery varies based on size and quantity and has a lead time of 3-5 Business Days. Large Orders may not be able to be fullfilled in this timeframe. I will contact you via email to discuss. 

 

Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages:

Please contact Australia Post to follow up on your delivery, you will be provided a tracking number from us via email within 24hrs of the Shipping Label being made.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer International Shipping at this time.
